Layerseven IPTV is a streaming aggregation service. We do not host, store, upload, or control any of the media streams or video-on-demand files made available through the service. All content is provided by third-party providers and delivered from their infrastructure.
Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe material accessible through the service infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to biziptvbizz@gmail.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material and enough detail for us to locate it (channel name, content title, time).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
Our response
On receiving a valid notice we will forward it to the relevant upstream provider and, where we are able, remove or disable access to the identified channel or title through our service while the matter is reviewed. Because we do not control the source feeds, resolution ultimately rests with the third-party provider.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent required statements.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of resellers or users who are repeat infringers.
