These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Layerseven IPTV website and IPTV service. By purchasing a subscription or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Layerseven IPTV provides access to live channels and on-demand content aggregated from third-party providers, delivered through the Layerseven TV application. We do not host, store, or own the underlying content. Channel availability may change without notice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your activation code and account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- One subscription is for the number of simultaneous connections purchased. Sharing your code beyond that is not permitted.
- You may not resell access except through the official reseller program.
- You may not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
- You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to IPTV services in your region.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and for a set number of connections. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are payable in advance. Access begins once your activation code is issued.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions stated there.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device. Temporary outages, maintenance, and changes to third-party feeds may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layerseven IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content provided by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including credential sharing, chargeback abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service, without refund.
